Solar Lemon Stand - 2hours Event

Solar Lemon Stand proudly serves events throughout Chittenden County and surrounding Vermont communities. We travel up to 40 miles from Chittenden County at no additional cost, covering popular destinations such as Stowe, Montpelier, Waterbury, Richmond, Williston, Shelburne, and the greater Burlington area.

For events located beyond 40 miles, a small travel fee applies to cover mileage and transportation time. Extended‑distance bookings are available up to 80 miles and are quoted individually based on location and event needs. If you’re unsure whether your venue is within the service area, feel free to reach out — We're always happy to confirm availability and provide a custom travel estimate.

Cancellation Policy

All event bookings require full payment at the time of reservation. Your date and time are not secured until payment is completed. This advance payment allows the preparation of ingredients, materials, staffing, and equipment specifically for your event.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event are eligible for a full refund or a credit toward a future date within the same season, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows are charged the full event amount, as all preparation, product, and time have already been allocated exclusively for your booking.
